Another beautiful course here in Costa Rica is The Hacienda Pinilla. Hacienda Pinilla, located in Santa Cruz, is a flatter layout. This course was designed by Mike Young. Holes 14 and 15 are ocean view and hole 15 is one of the most spectacular holes in all of Latin America.
The Four Seasons Resort is Costa Rica's newest Championship course was designed by Arnold Palmer and opened in the spring of 2004.

The Congo Trail located in Octal, El Coco, Hermosa, Panama, Conchal, Brasilito, Flamingo, and Potreo begin with a brief hike up to the platforms where you are harnessed in and begin soaring through the trees. It is located about 45 minutes away from Flamingo. There are 11 cables and 12 platforms up in the rainforest so you will get a spectacular view of Costa Rica.
There are many bird sightings such as the Yellow–naped Parrot, White – fronted Parrot, and the Scarlet – Rumped Tanager. You will see snakes such as Pit vipers, Colubrids, Boas, Green Anacondas, Reticulated Python, and the Burmeese Pythons. There is also a butterfly garden where you can learn about the 17,000 species of butterflies and moths in Costa Rica.
You can observe the 4 stages of the butterflies (egg, larva, pupa, and adult) through the two most beautiful species, the Morpho Helenor (Morpho Mariposa Azul) and the Caligo Atreus (Mariposa Buo-Caligo). You can also see the Green and Black Poison Dart Frogs, Strawberry Poison Frog, Red-Eye Leaf Frog, Hourglass Tree Frog, and Reticulated Glass Frog. This full day tour begins at 7:45 am and returns at 11:00pm. Touring through the jungle and discovering the rain forest at El Silencio Private Reserve at the bottom of the Alrenal volcano, you will see many wildlife sighting. Walking through the hanging bridges, you will see palms, ferns, flowers, ancient trees, and hummingbirds in the Selvatura Reserve. After a provided lunch, you can take a stroll through the butterfly garden. |

Palo Verde |

Is a great tour for families who are seeking adventure with crocodiles and monkeys. Palo Verde is offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays leaving at 7:45 am and return at 3:00pm. You will take a boat tour on the longest river of the northwest part of Costa Rica. On the boat tour, you can see crocodiles, various species of birds, and monkeys. After the boat tour lunch is provided and you will make a stop a local pottery place where you see how Costa Rican pottery is made and designed. You will learn a great deal of knowledge about Costa Rica as a country and its history. |

A tour of Nicaragua is also offered on Wednesdays. Upon traveling to Nicaragua, you will leave at 5:30 am and return 9:00pm. You will visit Granada which is one of the oldest cities in Latin America. Granada is located south of Managua (which is the capitol of Managua). You will discover historic architecture, drive alongside a volcano and observe the Santiago crater. Shopping for hammocks, ceramics, carved wood works, embroidery dresses and tapestries.

The Hibiscus sailing boat is a 48ft Admiral catamaran that can hold up to 40 passengers. Third lung diving, snorkeling, swimming and kayaking are offered on this amazing tour.
