Reserva Conchal sits right on Playa Conchal, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, with sand made of tiny fragments of crushed white seashells.

The Westin Golf Resort and Spa, managed by Marriott, is a luxury all-inclusive hotel with gorgeous swimming pools and multiple other amenities. The 18-hole, par-71 golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, is one of Costa Rica’s very finest.

Another hotel here, the W Reserva Conchal, also managed by Marriott, offers stylish, imaginative accommodations with a big pool, fitness center and spa. 

A 98-acre national wildlife refuge with hiking and biking trails contains tropical dry forest, a mangrove swamp and an estuary. 

Residential communities here offer luxury condominiums, palatial homes and lots to build your own dream house. Many owners rent out their homes when they’re away, though for families that live here year-round there’s an excellent private international school, the Costa Rica International Academy (CRIA), just minutes from the front gates. 

The Reserva Conchal Beach Club offers access to the golf course, a beautiful swimming pool in front of the beach, and a gym and spa. Reserva Conchal also has about a dozen restaurants and bars.
